I definitely encourage anyone to try Jillian Michaels’ exercise videos; especially the 30 Day Shred. That one’s great! And for healthy dieting I’d advice people to calculate how much they need to eat in order to lose weight and stick to that number, wich shouldn’t be lower than 1200 calories or so. Reading nutritional labels is also very important to make sure that what you’re eating is healthy. It’s fundamental to tell yourself you can do it; only then you will <3
